Veterinary Continuing Education at CSU

Let's make this easy.

Never miss an opportunity to represent.

We want to support you as much as you support us. The CE team will share roster details for each course your company sponsors prior to the beginning of each course. You will be allowed in the CE spaces prior to your event to set up your materials.

  • Please contact Senior Manager of Continuing Education Geri Baker for setup needs, material distribution (If you are unable to send a representative), display needs, and any additional questions you may have regarding your materials and digital assets.

Before you arrive to the TMI:

  1. Please share all names and contact information for each representative who will be on-site with us.
  2. If you cannot be on site for your event, please confirm details of your needs with Geri Baker prior to the event and plans can be made to set up your materials and distribute your cards or promotion materials.
  3. You will be provided with a 5’ x 3’ table in the lounge area to display your materials. Please provide a tablecloth or notify the CE team you will need a plain black tablecloth for your table.

Please bring with you:

  1. Business cards for each course participant
  2. Promotional materials + discount information + swag
  3. If you have larger products or demo material you would like to display in the hands-on laboratory area, please let Geri Baker know in advance so we can plan for your space.
  4. Please provide a current logo to the CE team so we can thank you digitally during your event and also display your logo throughout the TMI and CE spaces on our digital assets.
