This course is designed for the specialist, as well as the advanced primary care veterinarian where you’ll learn techniques of reconstructive surgery for use in mass removal and treatment of traumatic wounds.
In this intensive 2-day course, you will enjoy lectures followed by direct application of the surgical techniques. You’ll learn simple and more complex reconstructive procedures for traumatic wounds involving the head (face, mouth, pinna), trunk (skin, thoracic and abdominal walls) and extremities (skin loss, pad reconstruction).
Our instructors provide hands-on support you so that you gain the most from each modular training session. You’ll return to your practice confident in your skills to treat complex traumatic wounds and mass resections.
